These Lads Are Mental is a weekly podcast on mental health. The show takes a light hearted approach to the subject with expert guests, everyday thoughts and normal people. It is hosted by Neil O’Sullivan and Gary Rafferty, two lads on a mission to breakdown the stigma surrounding the issue and raise awareness.

Neil is a Sydney native, hailing from Ireland but now calling Bondi Beach his forever home. He’s the CEO/Co-founder of Nimbus Co, Australia’s first infrared sauna studio, with his wife Su.
As a mental health advocate, he has worked on committees such as The Light Ball Sydney and Darkness Into Light Sydney helping raise over $2million in this space. He’s also appeared on national TV around the topic, as well as several appearances on radio, podcasts and blog contributions. He lives, works and podcasts from all from Bondi Beach in Sydney.

Gary is from Glasgow, Scotland. After arriving in Australia, he’s forged an extensive career in the sports industry as a strength and conditioning coach, and has his own brands ‘That Football Fitness Guy’ and with ‘Two Football Guys’.
He’s coached for over 15 years working with the youth in the UK, USA and Australia plus school, club, academy, semi-pro and professional levels when it comes to elite athlete performance.
