Caroline has made a global impact when it comes to mental health through her Sunrise Socials project which is now on a number of continents worldwide.

Her talks and advice speak to ex-pats living overseas and how people cope with the stresses of a new home plus being far away from close loved ones and family members. She’s also a school teacher in Sydney and has worked on various mental health charities to date.
