Their social enterprise employs women who have experienced homelessness as a result of domestic and family violence.

The attack had long lasting effects on Hughs mental health. Luckily, Hugh survived this attack and battled through this time in his life to create the amazing not for profit 'book to make you smile' - Pocket Smiles.

All sales of PocketSmiles are donated to the Black Dog Institute to support mental health education and awareness programs. Hughs story is a great one of how mental health can affect us in different ways and how we can change the world for the better by bringing awareness to the topic.
